Nopin Long Distance is a service that provides unprecedented low international and domestic calling rates. Nopin Long Distance uses ANI (caller-id) recognition so users do not have to enter a PIN each time they make long distance calls from their Registered Phone numbers.
2) How do I Register for Nopin Long Distance?
The easiest and most convenient way is via our website. If you need additional help or do not have Internet access, you may register over the phone by calling Customer Service at 1-800-503-8622 , Monday – Sunday between 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
3) What are the Registered Phone numbers?
The user can register up to 10 phone numbers via the web. These are numbers that the user expects to make frequent calls from. Anytime the customer places a call from any of these numbers, they will only have to enter the
local access number, and then the number that they wish to call. By registering these phone numbers, the user avoids the inconvenience of entering a PIN number each time they make a call. With this feature users can easily access the service from the convenience of their home, office, mobile phone, and fax.
4) What if I need to make a call from a phone that isn’t one of my 10 Registered Phone numbers?
If a user needs to make a call from a phone number that is not one of the registered phone numbers, they simply need to dial the
local access number followed by their personal PIN number, and then the number they wish to call. This way Nopin Long Distance can be used from any phone you desire
5) How do I get a PIN number?
You can get it online or call Customer Service at 1-800-503-8622 to request your PIN number.
6) How do I make a Domestic long–distance call from the USA?
• Dial 1-866-876-6746 (additional fee applies) or
local access number.
• If you are not calling from one of your Registered Phone numbers, enter your PIN number. If it is one of your Registered Phone numbers proceed to the next step.
• For USA/Canada Calls - Dial 1 + Area Code + Destination Number
If your call does not go through the first time you try, do not hang up. Press ## to re-enter the number you are calling.
7) How do I make an International long-distance call from the USA?
• Dial 1-866-876-6746 (additional fee applies) or the
local access number.
• If you are not calling from one of your Registered Phone numbers, enter your PIN number. If it is one of your Registered Phone numbers proceed to the next step.
• For International Calls - Dial 011 + Country Code + City Code + Destination Number, followed by the '#' sign.

8) How do I make an International long-distance call from a foreign country?
• Dial the
local access number.
• If you are not calling from one of your Registered Phone numbers, enter your PIN number. If it is one of your Registered Phone numbers proceed to the next step.
• For International Calls - Dial 00 + Country Code + City Code + Destination Number, followed by the '#' sign.

9) Can I make consecutive calls without hanging up?
• Yes, to place another call without hanging up, simply press "###".
10) How can I put money on my account?
The recharge of your account is simple and easy with Automatic Recharge or log in to your account, click the ADD FUNDS MONEY TO YOUR ACCOUNT link, fill out your billing information then click on ADD FUNDS link. 11) When can I begin using the service?
Immediately! Upon credit card authorization, your account is automatically active and ready for use when you call Customer Service at 1-800-503-8622 for verification of your account.
12) Will I be charged any additional costs or fees associated with using Nopin Long Distance?
There is a 7% tax charged to your credit card every time you put money on to your account. But there are no other additional charges, cancellation fees, or hidden charges associated with using Nopin Long Distance. It is important to remember that whenever you're using your cell phone that mobile service provider charges do apply.
13) Can I cancel my account anytime?
You may cancel your account at anytime. You can do so by calling our Customer Service Team at 1-800-503-8622. There are no cancellation fees or obligations with purchase, but no REFUNDS with any remaining balances.
