How to dial

1. Dial the access number
2. Choose 1 for English or 2 for Spanish
3. You will hear your remaining balance (and will not be asked to enter a PIN)
4. Dial the number that you wish to call and press #

For calls to the U.S., Canada or the Caribbean
Dial 1+ country code + city code + telephone number.

For all other international calls
Dial 011 + country code + city code + telephone number.

N.B: For better results and faster access, from both your home phone and cell phone you may save your local access number in your telephone speed dial option.
